Your Responsibilities on the Team 

The Investor Liaison II ensures timely purchase of correspondent loans and coordinates the resolution of pre- and post-funding documentation issues.

• Receive and track all pre-purchase and post-purchase suspense issues as identified by investors via fax, e-mail and phone
• Resolve all pre- and post-purchase suspense issues, involving Processing, Underwriting, and Corporate personnel as needed
• Contacts investors to insure timely purchase of all correspondent loans
• Maintains and distributes weekly Documentation and Underwriting Exception Report
• Communicates purchased loans to Secondary Marketing personnel
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Secondary Marketing Operations related area
• Strong computer background with working knowledge of Excel and Word
