Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of senior business leaders, product managers, project leaders and engineers to discover, communicate, document, and facilitate prioritizing business requirements.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements and specifications.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and success of solutions.

  • Be the liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Drive clarity around business goals and objectives and help drive focused direction on priorities.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the strategic vision of the organization.

  • Prioritize feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and customer feedback.

  • Collaborate with UX visual designers, and development teams to create compelling user experiences and innovative product solutions.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit requirements.

  • Provide updates on project progress.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and business partners and internal and external solution providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Become a subject matter expert on Lennar’s business processes and product functionality building a reputation as a trusted advisor.

  • Use your experience to tailor the approach for detailing business requirement artifacts (e.g.,strategic capabilities and features, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other documentation as needed).

  • Produce regular reports on workstream statuses, key metrics, and product performance.

  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to build testing strategies ensuring thorough testing of developed solutions to meet the highest quality experience for our users.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered products meet stakeholder expectations.

  • Collect user feedback and work with business leaders to prioritize future release backlog.

  • Contribute the internal marketing and adoption of new products and features.

  • Partner with Change Management leaders to create excitement around new solutions while ensuring smooth rollouts.

  • Mentor less senior business analysts to help grow their careers and extend the team’s capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business analysis and product management with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and ability to resolve conflicts regarding priorities and solution options.

  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Industry recognized Agile certifications (e.g Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, ScaledAgile (SAFe) ).

  • Industry recognized Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Sr. Business Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
