We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transformation Program Manager to drive organizational change management activities across strategic programs for our team. You will be responsible for leading and implementing change and transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives. You will also support the development and execution of communication, training, and engagement plans with business and training teams to facilitate smooth and effective technology adoption.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans for various projects and programs.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and readiness assessment to identify change needs and risks.

  • Support planning and execution of communication, training, and engagement activities to inform, educate, and empower employees and stakeholders throughout the transformation process.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change interventions and outcomes using appropriate tools and metrics.

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve standardized approach to managing change with key business and technical stakeholders, ensuring successful program implementation and benefits realization.

  • Define and rollout best practices within the team and maintain alignment with partnering teams.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams, sponsors, managers, and leaders on change and transformation best practices and methodologies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.

  • Manage transformation resources and budget across programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, psychology, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a change management role.

  • Certification in a recognized change management methodology, such as Prosci, Kotter, or Lean Change Management.

  • Project and program management experience and expertise a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex and large-scale transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to persuasively lead, encourage and motivate others

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments

  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

  • Ability to manage relationships with internal customers

  • Strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 50 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. 10-20% of travel is required.
